Grandview Animal Hospital is looking for a caring individual to join our team as a full-time veterinarian. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the health and wellbeing of animals, have the ability to communicate empathetically to clients and have a genuine love for pets!
Our small animal hospital is a long-standing part of the growing community of Stoney Creek and offers up-to-date equipment and procedures. No evenings or on-call required.

What you’d be responsible for…
• Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose problems
• Treat and dress woundsPerform surgery on animals
• Test for and vaccinate against diseasesOperate medical equipment, such as x-ray machines
• Advise animal owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments
• Prescribe medicationEuthanize animals
What we’re looking for…
• Relevant experience at a veterinary clinic
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree at an accredited college of veterinary medicine
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and speak clearly on the telephone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
